Although they've performed at the Festival numerous times, new this year, 1520 Arts will be programming the Round every evening, bringing together many incredible local dancers and artists who infuse Hip Hop and street culture into performance.

Performing for the first time at the Utah Arts Festival, Echoing Spirit Dancers is a Native American youth group that incorporates individuality, uniqueness, and confidence among participants through the art of movement, while promoting self-advocacy and representation of their Native community. Look for their performance to further connections in our community.
Ririe-Woodbury Dance Company

As Utah's most established institution for contemporary dance, Ririe-Woodbury Dance Company is presents new work of contemporary choreographers, tours worldwide, and educates through its community outreach programming. With a philosophy that "dance is for everybody," Ririe -Woodbury seeks to make dance a viable part of everyone’s life–whether it be as creators, performers, dance educators, critics, or as participating audience members.

As it celebrates its 60th anniversary season presenting modern dance, Repertory Dance Theatre continues to build community and enhance the role the arts play in all of our lives. RDT serves as a living library of dance, curating one of the largest collections of modern dance in the world with 480 significant pieces. Through performances, classes, workshops, and residencies, RDT remains committed to building bridges of understanding that de-mystify the art of dance, making it a meaningful part of the cultural environment regionally, nationally and internationally.
